我院门诊患者对药品说明书认知度的调查分析

摘　　要：目的:了解门诊患者对药品说明书的理解程度。方法:设置问卷,对600例门诊患者的一般资料、对药品说明书指导用药的认知度和对说明书专业术语的理解程度等内容进行问卷调查。结果:528例患者中,用药时每次都会和经常会看药品说明书者376例(71.21%),认为药品说明书对指导用药非常有帮助和较有帮助者共440例(83.33%)。不同文化程度的调查者对药品说明书理解正确程度的比较,高中、中专及以上文化程度高于初中、小学及以下者;职工和城镇居民对药品说明书理解正确程度高于新农合患者(P<0.05)。药品说明书中患者理解程度高的项目包括适应证(58.52%)、有效期(57.20%)、用法用量(53.03%)。患者较难理解的内容主要有禁忌证和药物相互作用、药代动力学和注意事项,对医药专业术语很难理解。结论:鉴于门诊患者对药品说明书的理解程度低,建议加强用药指导、改进药品说明书,保障用药安全。Objective ：To investigate the awareness of package inserts of drugs in outpatients. Methods ：An investigation was performed in 600 outpatients in our hospital about their general information, awareness of package insert and the understanding of pharmaceutical jargon by questionnaire. Results ：Of 528 patients, 376（71.21%） always or usually read the package inserts of drugs before administration, while 440（83.33%） considered that the package inserts were very helpful or helpful to guiding the administration. The proportion of patients understanding the package inserts correctly was higher in those with education levels of not less than high school or secondary specialized school than in those with education levels of junior high school, primary school or below, while in workers or residents in towns than in farmers（P 〈0. 05）. In the package insets, indications, validity period as well as dosage and administration were well understand in 58. 52%, 57.20% and 53.03% of patients respectively.However, the contraindications, drug interactions, pharmacokinetics and precautions were difficult, while the pharmaceutical jargon were very difficult, to understand by the patients. Conclusion ： In view of low level of understanding of package inserts in outpatients, it is suggested to strengthen the guiding to drug administration and improve the package insert to ensure drug safety.
