气阴亏虚兼血瘀型2型糖尿病采用芪参麦花汤治疗疗效及对生化指标改善效果分析

摘　　要：目的:通过观察芪参麦花汤治疗气阴亏虚兼血瘀型2型糖尿病患者临床疗效及对临床生化指标的改善效果,从而可为患者临床规范治疗提供参考。方法:截选2014年1月—2015年1月82例2型糖尿病(气阴亏虚兼血瘀型)患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组(糖脉康颗粒)与治疗组(中药芪参麦花汤),各41例。比较两组患者治疗前、后血糖、血液流变学及临床症状及体征变化,统计两组临床疗效及不良反应情况。结果:治疗后,两组患者空腹血糖及餐后2h血糖均较治疗前明显下降,且治疗组下降较对照组显著,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;两组患者治疗后血液流变学、证候积分较治疗前明显改善,然治疗组改善较对照组显著,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。治疗组治疗总有效率为85.4%(35/41)明显高于对照组58.5%(24/41),差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。治疗期间均未发生明显不良反应。结论:应用中药芪参麦花汤治疗2型糖尿病(气阴亏虚兼血瘀型)患者疗效显著且安全。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Qishen Maihua Decoction in the treatment of Yin deficiency and blood stasis patients with type 2 diabetes and its influence on biochemical indexes to provide the reference for clinical standard treatment. Methods： During January 2014-January 2015,a total of 82 cases of type 2 diabetes（ Yin deficiency and blood stasis type）were randomly divided into control group（ Tangmaikang Particles） and treatment group（ Qishen Maihua Decoction）,41 cases in each. Compare two groups＇ blood glucose,blood and clinical symptoms and signs changes,statistical clinical efficacy and adverse reactions before and after treatment. Results： After treatment,patients＇ fasting plasma glucose and 2 h postprandial glucose significantly decreased and the treatment group＇s decreased significantly compared with those of the control group and the difference was significant,P〈0. 05. After treatment,two groups＇ rheology and symptom scores were significantly improved and then the treatment group＇s improvement was significant compared with the control group＇s and the difference was significant,P〈0. 05. The treatment group＇s total effective rate 85. 4%（ 35 /41） was significantly higher than 58. 5%（ 24 /41） of the control group and the difference was significant,P〈0. 05. Significant adverse reactions did not occur during treatment. Conclusion： Application of Qishen Maihua Decoction treating type 2 diabetes（ Yin deficiency and blood stasis type） has a significant effect and safety.
