扶正减毒抗癌方联合艾灸对非小细胞肺癌放射治疗增效减毒作用的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究四川省名医刁本恕创制的扶正减毒抗癌方联合艾灸对非小细胞肺癌放射治疗的增效减毒作用。方法:选取60例非小细胞肺癌患者,随机分为对照组(常规放疗)及治疗组(常规放疗加中医内外合治),每组30例,治疗4周后比较疗效及放疗常见不良反应发生情况。结果:肿瘤客观控制率两组差异无显著性(P>0.05);临床受益率治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组1年生存率高于对照组(P<0.05),2年生存率未发现统计学差异。治疗组白细胞减少及恶心呕吐发生情况均好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:扶正减毒抗癌方联合艾灸能使肺癌放疗患者肿瘤病灶更稳定,提高生存率,起到增效作用;同时减轻放疗引起的消化道不良反应及骨髓抑制反应,起到减毒作用。Objective： To observe the effects of Fuzheng Jiedu Kang＇ai Decoction combined with moxibustion in the treatment of NSCLC after radiotherapy. Methods： Sixty eligibles were randomly divided into two groups. Thirty patients in the treatment group were treated with Fuzheng Jiedu Kang＇ai Decoction combined with moxibustion plus radiation therapy and another 30 patients in the control group with radiation therapy alone. Both the clinical therapeutic effects and relevant side effects were observed. Results：The clinical study showed therapeutic effect in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）.There was significant decreasing in side effect of digestive symptoms and bone marrow depression. Conclusion： Combination of Fuzheng Jiedu Kang＇ai Decoction combined with moxibustion created by DIAO plus radiation therapy can strength the curative effect and reduce the toxic reaction caused by radiation therapy.
