“活血散风,疏肝健脾”针刺法对高血压合并脑梗死患者清晨血压与血压变异性的调控

摘　　要：目的:观察"活血散风,疏肝健脾"针刺法对高血压合并脑梗死患者清晨血压及血压变异性的干预疗效。方法:将61例患者随机分为两组,观察组30例,对照组31例,对照组仅晨起口服拜新同30 mg,1次/d;观察组在对照组基础上予"活血散风,疏肝健脾"针刺法治疗,针刺每日1次,每周治疗6次,总计30次。两组均10次为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。采用24 h动态血压监测,分别比较治疗前后两组清晨血压变化及血压变异性情况。结果:两组治疗后清晨血压均有降低,但观察组较对照组相比,效果更明显(P<0.05);两组治疗后相比,观察组24 h收缩压标准差及夜间收缩压标准差有所降低(P<0.05)。结论:"活血散风,疏肝健脾"针刺法对高血压合并脑梗死患者清晨血压及血压变异性有明显的调节作用,其作用机制可能与其对机体中枢自主神经和相关体液激素的调节有关。Objective： To observe the effects of Huoxue Sanfeng and Shugan Jianpi acupuncture method on morning blood pressure and blood pressure variability in patients with hypertension complicated with cerebral infarction. Methods： Sixty-one cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group（ 30 cases） and control group（ 31 cases）. In the control group,30 mg Nifedipin was taken in the morning,once a day,for 30 days totally. In the treatment group,patients took Nifedipin and received Huoxue Sanfeng and Shugan Jianpi acupuncture method,once a day,6 times a week. In the two groups,the treatment of 10 times made one session and 3 sessions were required totally. 24 h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring was used to record morning blood pressure and blood pressure variability. Results： After treatment,morning blood pressure was decreased in both groups while the treatment group＇s effect was more significant（ P〈0. 05）. The treatment group＇ s 24 h systolic blood pressure standard deviation and night systolic blood pressure standard deviation were decreased（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Huoxue Sanfeng and Shugan Jianpi acupuncture method can regulate morning blood pressure and blood pressure variability in patients with hypertension complicated with cerebral infarction. The possible mechanism is that acupuncture could regulate patients＇ blood pressure variability and morning blood pressure through related autonomic nervous system and body fluid hormones.
