针灸对阿尔茨海默病线粒体功能异常的治疗作用研究进展

摘　　要：阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease,AD)是严重威胁人类健康的疾病之一,给家庭及社会带来沉重负担。其发病机制十分复杂,线粒体功能异常与AD有密切关系。文章就近年来针灸对线粒体功能异常的治疗作用的研究进行了回顾,针灸在改善线粒体超微结构,改善线粒体功能方面(如调节线粒体能量代谢,调节细胞内钙稳态,阻滞通透性转换孔形成,改善线粒体动力学,降低DNA突变)发挥重要作用,进而达到治疗的作用。Alzheimer＇s disease is one of the diseases seriously threatening people＇s health and causes heavy burden to families and society. The mechanism of AD is very complicated and is closely related with the dysfunction of mitochondria. In the present paper,the author reviewed development of studies on acupuncture-moxibustion treatment of AD,finding that acupuncture treatment plays an important role in improving mitochondrial ultrastructure and improving mitochondria function（ such as regulating mitochondria energy metabolism,regulating Ca2 ＋homeostasis,preventing m-PTP from formation,improving mitochondria dynamics as well as reducing DNA mutations.）
