摘　　要：对石漠化综合治理一期工程的管理机制和体制,从组织领导、工程建设、资金投入、运行机制和监测评价等方面,进行了认真总结与分析;同时针对我国经济发展的客观实际与石漠化综合治理一期工程中存在的问题,创新性地对石漠化综合治理二期工程管理提出了"二大机制三大体系",科学解决了一期工程管理中存在问题,为二期工程顺利推进提供支撑。This Paper summarized and analyzed the organization, construction, investment, operational mechanism, monitoring and evaluation of rock desertification comprehensive control 1st phase project, then based on the economy development status of China and the problems of the 1st phase project, this paper put forward the innovative ideas of ＇ two major mechanisms and three major systems＇ for the 2nd phase project, Which solved the problems of 1 st phase, and push forward the rock desertifieation comprehensive control 2nd phase project.
