摘 要:朝鲜族从基础教育阶段开始就接受汉-朝双语教育。受全球化的影响,朝鲜族的英语教育也随之成为基础教育阶段语言教育的必然环节。文章围绕朝鲜族学前双语教育阶段和义务教育阶段的双语、三语教育及语言衔接问题进行研究。在民族语言教育政策的指导下,小学低年级到高年级阶段学生的双语衔接水平逐渐得到提高和发展;中学阶段朝鲜族学生的双语基本形成有效衔接。第三语言,即英语的教育虽然也有一定的发展,但还存在一些问题。双语和三语教育中语言间协调发展、语言资源的合理分配以及系统的理论规划等因素对朝鲜族的双语和三语衔接都产生一定影响。研究认为,朝鲜族基础教育阶段语言衔接的问题主要源于教育机制发展相对缓慢和教育教学理论滞后,处理好语言之间的衔接问题对提高朝鲜族基础教育阶段双语乃至三语教育效果将会起到积极的推动作用。Korean ethnic group begins Han-Korean bilingual education since the stage of basic education. Influenced by globalisation, English education to Korean ethnic group has also subsequently become a necessary part of language education at the stage of basic education. The paper investigates the issues of language convergence and bilingual education to Korean ethnic group at the stage of pre-school education, and bilingual education and trilingual education in compulsory education stag. Under the guidance of ethnic language education policies, the standard of bilingual language convergence of lower to higher year levels in primary schools has been improving and developing; and the Korean ethnic group students have basically formed effective bilingual language convergence at the middle school level. The third language- English education still has issues, although there is certain development. Coordinated development between bilingual and trilingual education, rational distribution of language resources and systematic theory planning are factors which influence bilingual and trilingual language convergence of Korean ethnic group. The study found the issue of language convergence of Korean ethnic group at the basic education stage mainly originates from the relative slow development of education mechanisms and the backward education and teaching ideas. Solving the language convergence issue will play an active role in promoting improvement of bilingual,even trilingual education effects of Korean ethnic group at the basic education stage.
