摘　　要：目的：分析胃肠道间质瘤（ GIST）少见CT表现，以提高对该病诊断的准确性。方法回顾性分析2011年4月—2013年11月经手术病理证实的GIST 98例，依据少见发病部位、并发症及转移途径筛选出GIST 11例。结果结直肠GIST 7例；GIST合并并发症3例：腹茧症1例，GIST破裂出血合并肠梗阻1例，肠套叠1例；GIST伴肠系膜淋巴结转移1例。结论对于具有少见CT特点的GIST，诊断及鉴别诊断有一定困难，还需结合病史、临床症状及其他影像学检查以提高诊断的准确性。Objective To analyze the unusual CT images of gastrointestinal stromal tumors （ GIST） , in order to im-prove the accuracy of diagnosis of the disease .Methods Clinical data were collected from 98 patients who were diag-nosed with GIST based on pathological results from April 2011 to November 2013.Then, 11 cases were screened out ac-cording to unusual location , complications and route of metastasis before retrospective analysis .Results There were 7 colorectal GIST patients , 3 patients with GIST complications , including 1 patient showing abdominal cocoon , 1 patient with GIST rupture and intestinal obstruction and 1 patient with intussusception , and 1 GIST patient with mesenteric lymph node metastasis .Conclusion Some GIST patients are difficult to be diagnosed due to unusual CT findings .Therefore , it is necessary to consider medical history , clinical symptoms and other imaging results in order to improve the accuracy of diagnosis.
