摘　　要：克罗恩病是一种原因不明的胃肠道进行性肉芽肿性疾病,从口腔至肛门的整个消化系均可受累,病程漫长,免疫系统受累.带状疱疹是由水痘-带状疱疹病毒感染后引起皮肤红斑丘疹水疱并伴明显神经痛的疾病.既往认为带状疱疹治愈后可获得终生免疫,但在免疫力低下人群可复发.本文报道1例10年克罗恩病程患者3次发作带状疱疹,并结合文献,就其发病机制、诊断及治疗进行复习讨论.Crohn’s disease is an unexplained progressive gastrointestinal granulomatous disease. The entire digestive tract from the mouth to the anus can be affected, and the immune system is also affected. Shingles is caused by the varicella-zoster virus（VZV） infection. It has been known that patients who suffered from VZV infection can obtain lifelong immunity, but it can recur in immunocompromised people. Here we report the case of a patient who suffered from Crohn’s disease for 10 years with recurrent herpes zoster. We also performed a literature review to summarize the pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of this condition.
