整形美容技术在急诊治疗颌面外伤中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨应用整形美容技术对急诊颌面外伤治疗的效果。方法对2013年9月至2015年5月应用整形美容外科技术进行急诊颌面外伤治疗的150例患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 147例Ⅰ期愈合,占98%;3例软组织缺损较大者Ⅱ期愈合,占2%。术后随诊至今,伤口均无瘢痕增生,无缝线压迹、无组织错位和面部功能障碍。结论在急诊颌面外伤治疗中,应用整形美容技术能更好地修复伤口、恢复面部功能及形态,避免术后伤口瘢痕畸形增生,满足患者对美观的要求。Objective To investigate the effect of plastic and plastic technology on the treatment of maxillofacial trauma.Methods From August 2013 to May 2015,150 patients suffered emergency treatment of maxillofacial trauma were chosen in this study,and the plastic aesthetic surgery was applied for curing maxillofacial trauma. Results 147 patients got primary healing and 3 patients with large soft tissue defects got second healing. No hyperplastic scar andsutures impression anddisplacement and facial dysfunction were found. The patients maxillofacial trauma had gotten satisfactory aesthetic effect.Conclusion Using plastic aesthetic surgery to cure maxillofacial trauma could get better results and avoid the proliferation of scar deformity of maxillofacial and it is safe and effective to cure the facial injuries during emergency.
