摘　　要：目的 观察和研究肾移植受者术后新发尿路上皮癌瘤组织中的树突状细胞、T淋巴细胞及髓源性抑制细胞的病理学分布特点、浸润状况和规律,及其与肿瘤分级的关系.方法 肾移植后新发泌尿系恶性肿瘤病理组织样本行常规HE染色和免疫细胞的组织化学染色.以普通人群泌尿系恶性肿瘤患者作为对照.结果 免疫细胞在肿瘤微环境中的浸润与肿瘤病理分级有关：CD11b^＋细胞在恶性度高的肿瘤中浸润明显增多,移植后受者与普通患者比较,肿瘤中CD11b^＋细胞侵润程度有差异（P＜0.05）.CD11c^＋细胞多出现在肿瘤与间质的交界处.移植后肿瘤Ⅰ级和Ⅲ级的病例瘤床中不能形成淋巴细胞聚集区,普通肿瘤全部病例的瘤床中均可见明显的假性淋巴结存在.结论 肾移植后肿瘤组织中免疫细胞的浸润及分布与肿瘤的恶性度相关.CD11b^＋细胞在恶性度高的肿瘤微环境中浸润程度更为突出.Objective To observe and study the pathological characteristics and tumor grade of dendritic cells and T lymphocytes and myeloid-derived suppressor cells in the tumor tissues of the patients with new urothelial carcinoma after renal transplantation.Method The tumor specimens were examined by H＆amp;E staining and immunohistochemical staining for the immune cells.General population of urinary tract cancer patients served as controls.Result The infiltration of immune cells was associated with tumor pathological grade.The number of CD1 1b positive cells in tumors with high malignancy increased.There was significant difference in the infiltration of tumor CD11b^＋ cells between transplantation group and control group （P〈0.05）.CD11 c^＋ positive cells were seen between the tumor and stroma.In the tumor bed of patients with grade Ⅰ and Ⅲ after transplantation,no lymphocyte accumulation formed,and in the control group,lymphocyte accumulation could be seen in all cases.Conclusion After kidney transplantation,invasion and distribution of immune cells in tumor tissue are associated with tumor malignancy.
