基于模糊综合评价法的住宅小区业主满意度调查与测评

摘　　要：以河南省内14个地市为研究对象,通过现场实地调研、发放调查问卷等形式,构建住宅小区业主满意度评价指标体系,在此基础上,运用模糊综合评价法确立了评价模型,实现了对业主满意度定量评价。随后对河南省内39个住宅小区业主满意度进行问卷调查和综合评价,得出河南省城市住宅小区业主满意度为81.2,总体处于一般与较满意之间,指出在开展有偿服务和社区文化活动方面有待向纵深发展。The paper takes 14 cities in Henan Province as the research object, through on-site field investigation, questionnaire survey, seminars and other forms, building urban residential property owners＇ satisfaction evaluation index system of Henan province. On this basis, the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method established evaluation model to achieve a quantitative evaluation of the owners＂ satisfaction. Then carrying on the questionnaire survey and comprehensive evaluation to the owners＂ satisfaction of 39 residential districts in Henan Province, their satisfaction was 81.2, which is between general and more satisfied, and pointing out that there is still room to develop in depth in the community to carry out paid services and cultural activities.
