ProTaper机动镍钛器械在根管治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的评价Pro Taper机动镍钛器械在磨牙根管治疗中的临床疗效。方法选取需行根管治疗的磨牙80颗242个根管,随机分为实验组40颗122个根管和对照组40颗120个根管。实验组采用Pro Taper机动镍钛器械进行根管预备,对照组采用标准不锈钢K锉进行根管预备,再用氢氧化钙糊剂进行根管消毒。1周后复诊,比较两组的根管预备时间、术后疼痛、根管充填效果。结果实验组的根管预备时间和术后疼痛发生率明显少于对照组,根管充填效果明显优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论 Pro Taper机动镍钛器械预备根管效率高,根管充填效果好,术后疼痛率较低。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Protaper Ni Ti mechanical instruments in root canal therapy of molars. Methods A total of 242 root canals from 80 molars were randomly prepared by Protaper Ni Ti（experiment group; 122 root canals） and K files（control group; 120 root canals）, followed by disinfection with calcium hydroxide paste. The preparation time, postoperative pain and canal obturation were compared between two groups at 1-week follow-up. Results Compared with control group, preparation time and postoperative pain were shorter but canal obturation was better in experiment group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Protaper Ni Ti mechanical instrument can provide the efficient canal preparation and obturation and minimal postoperative pain.
