摘  要:目的建立大气PM2.5中3种硝基多环芳烃的气相色谱-串联二级质谱测定法。方法大气PM2.5经石英滤纸采集,待测化合物用二氯甲烷-丙酮有机溶剂提取,提取液用旋转蒸发仪浓缩至1.0 ml;经中性硅胶柱净化,收集洗脱液浓缩至1.0 ml,用气相色谱-串联二级质谱法检测。结果 2-硝基荧蒽的检出限为2 ng/ml,3-硝基荧蒽、1-硝基芘的检出限为5 ng/ml;2-硝基荧蒽的最低检出浓度为1 pg/m^3,3-硝基荧蒽、1-硝基芘的最低检出浓度为3 pg/m^3(采样体积以1 500 m^3计)。3种硝基多环芳烃的加标回收率为88.5%~96.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.0%~5.2%。结论该方法操作简便、灵敏度高,适用于PM2.5中3种硝基多环芳烃的测定。Objective To establish a method for the determination of three nitro- polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons by gas chromatography- tandem mass in PM2. 5. Methods PM2. 5 was collected on quartz filter and the analytes in PM2. 5 were extracted with dichloromethane- acetone. The extracted solution was concentrated to 1. 0 ml by rotary evaporator,and purified with silica gel column. The eluate was concentrated to 1. 0 ml by rotary evaporator again,then detected by gas chromatography- tandem mass spectrometry 2. Results The detection limits of 2- nitrofluoranthene,3- nitrofluoranthene,1- nitropyrene were2 ng / ml,5 ng / ml,5 ng / ml respectively,the minimum detected concentration of 2- nitrofluoranthene,3- nitrofluoranthene,1- nitropyrene were 1 pg / m^3,3 pg/m^3,3 pg/m^3,respectively. The recoveries of nitro- polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons were among 88. 5%- 96. 0%,and the relative standard deviations( RSDs) were among 2. 0%- 5. 2%. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate,which is suitable for the determination of nitro- polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in PM2. 5.
