中西医结合治疗脑出血痰热腑实型76例观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗脑出血痰热腑实型的临床疗效。方法:76例随机分为对照组和治疗组各38例,两组均给予西医常规降颅内压、降血压治疗,治疗组联合安宫牛黄丸治疗,治疗2周后比较两组意识障碍、神经功能缺损改善及不良反应情况。结果:治疗组治疗后意识障碍和神经功能缺损改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗脑出血痰热腑实型效果良好。Objective ： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of combination of TCM and western medicine in the treatment of phlegm heat accumulation type of cerebral hemorrhage. Method： 76 cases were randomly divided into control group （ 38 cases ） and observation group （ 38 cases ） . Both groups were treated with routine western medicine to reduce intracranial pressure and blood pressure and the observation group were treated with Angong Niuhuang Pills additionally. The treatment course of 2 groups lasted for 2 weeks. The improvement rate of consciousness disturbance and neurological function defect were compared in 2 groups and the adverse reaction was observed. Result： The improvement rate of consciousness disturbance and neurological function defect in the observation group was superior to that of the control group. There was statistical significance between the two groups （P〈0.05） . Conclusion： Combination of TCM and western medicine is effective in the treatment of phlegm heat accumulation type of cerebral hemorrhage.
