摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺血氧功能影像系统和多普勒超声及免疫生化联合检查在乳腺肿瘤早期发现及良恶性鉴别中的应用价值。方法应用血氧功能影像系统和多普勒超声及免疫生化检测对56例患者的75个乳腺病灶进行检查,以活检病理诊断为校正标准,分别分析上述检测对乳腺肿瘤的诊断以及三者联合诊断的敏感性、特异性、准确性、阳性预测率及阴性预测率。结果三项联合检查对乳腺肿块的特异度、阳性预测值低于免疫生化检测结果,而显著高于血氧功能影像及多普勒超声的检查结果,其敏感度、准确率、阴性预测值均显著高于三者单项检测的结果,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺血氧功能影像和多普勒超声及免疫生化三项联合检查在乳腺癌早期诊断的敏感度及提高乳腺肿块良恶性鉴别的准确率方面有重要的应用价值。Objective To evaluate the efficiency of a triple combination of technologies,namely,the breast blood oxygen functional imaging system（ BOFIS）,the Doppler ultrasound（ US）,and immune biochemical test in the diagnosis of early breast cancer and identification of benign or malignant tumors. Method Firstly,75 breast lesions in 56 patients were subjected to examination by the combination and the findings by means of pathological examination were used as the standards. The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive rate and negative predictive rate of the triple combination and the pathological examination were then analyzed. Findings The specificity（ 90. 4%） and positive predictive value（ 80. 8%） of the triple combination were lower than those of the immune biochemical test results. The results were significantly higher than those of the BOFIS（ 88. 5%,75%） or US（ 88. 5%,76%）. The difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The sensitivity（ 91. 3%）,accuracy（ 90. 7%） and negative predictive value（ 95. 9%） of the triple combination were significantly higher than those of the BOFIS（ 78. 3%,85. 3%,90. 2%）,US（ 82. 6%,86. 7%,92%）,and immune biochemical test（ 47. 8%,82. 7%,81%）（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The triple combination of BOFIS,US and immune biochemical detection can serve as an efficient technology for the diagnosis of early breast cancer and improve the identification accuracy of benign from malignant breast lumps.
