摘　　要：翻译硕士培养单位的增速和规模令人瞩目,对其培养环境的研究成为必要。研究编制了翻译硕士培养环境量表,调查了7所高校844名学生的培养环境感知。数据分析结果表明:(1)翻译硕士培养环境量表是由社会环境、大学环境和教学环境三个因子构成;(2)我国翻译硕士培养环境整体状况尚可,但社会环境层面亟待改善;(3)翻译硕士培养环境感知在性别、学制、第一学历、在职与否、有无翻译实习经历、大学类型、地区、有无翻译资格证书、英语水平、翻译工作了解度变量上无显著差异,而在第一学历大学层次、年级、学习经历满意度变量上存在显著差异。制定相应法规是提高翻译职业地位、收入和雇主参与度的根本出路。The number of universities that are accredited to recruit MTI（Master of Translation and Interpreting） students has been increasing at an alarming speed. This has made it necessary to conduct the research concerned with the professional preparation environment（PPE） of MTI students. The empirical study is based on the theory of PPE. A questionnaire was designed and implemented to find out the perception of MTI students of their PPE. Methods like item analysis, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factory analysis were applied to test the validly and reliability of the questionnaire. Descriptive statistical method, independent t test and ANOVA were used to fi nd out the current state of PPE and its differences in gender, year of study, state of employment and other variables. Findings include that（1） PPE scale consist of three factors, namely, society, university and program, and the condition of social environment needs more improvement, and that（2） there are no statistically significant differences as to the perception of PPE in gender, year of program, fi rst degree, state of employment, internship, nature of university, location of university, certificate of translation, English profi ciency, and their knowledge of the profession, but are statistically significantly different in first university, year of study and learning experience satisfaction. Relevant laws should be legislated to improve the status and income of translators and encourage the engagement of employers.
