地方高校与区域经济社会互动发展现状与对策研究——基于对四川省12所省属高校的考察

摘　　要：地方高校与区域经济社会良性互动是解决当前高等教育发展与区域经济社会建设诸多问题的重要途径。从12所省属高校的调研结果看,四川省已初步建立适应区域经济社会发展的高等教育体系,互动理念逐步形成,服务平台初步搭建,高校为区域经济发展提供了一定贡献力。但高校与区域社会互动合作不够均衡,缺乏总体规划和顶层设计,沟通协调机制不健全,高校服务区域社会的能力还不高,激励和导向机制乏力。从政府主导、高校主动、创新机制、项目推动的视角提出促进地方高校深度融入区域经济社会、互利互惠、互动发展,实现校地双赢。A healthy interaction between local universities and regional economy is an important solution to the development of higher education and the construction of regional economy at present. The surveys to 12 provincially- confirmed universities show that Sichuan has preliminarily set up the higher education system which adjusts to the development of regional economy, the idea of interaction has gradually improved, the service platform has established and the universities have made some contribution to the development of regional economy. However, the cooperation between them is unbalanced, the interaction lacks in global plan and top design, the system of coordination is unhealthy, the service capacity is comparatively lower and the excitation and orientation mechanism is weaker. From the perspectives of government＇s domination, university＇s initiation, innovation mechanism and project driving, the local universities should deeply integrates into the regional economy to achieve mutual benefit and interactional development.
