完善现代大学治理中的社会主体引入机制——借鉴现代公司治理

摘　　要：大学与社会之间的关系日益密切,现代大学的治理已日益离不开社会公众的参与。现代公司治理在引入社会主体方面,积累了丰富的经验,也形成了一系列可资借鉴的法律制度。大学应不断完善资源通道机制、约束机制、披露机制、非合作行为惩罚机制和高层决策机制,提高社会主体在大学治理中的参与度和资源利用效率,实现治理现代化。As universities and broader society becoming more closely related, the participation of social subjects should not be omitted in modern university governance. Modern company governance accumulated ample experiences in introducing social subjects, and formed a set of law systems which can be used as reference. This article argues that, modern universities should continuously to complement resource passageway mechanism, constraint mechanism, disclosure system, punishment system and senior management decision mechanism, and better involve social subjects in university governance and improve effectiveness of resource utilization to realize modernity of university governance.
