摘　　要：针对当前为实施学生创新创业训练计划,促进高校转变教育思想,创新人才培养紧迫性和必要性。本文利用专利为载体提出了相应措施,探讨了学生专利检索、分析和运用的对策,提出了创新活动的保障机制和提高教师创新素质的措施。为学生创新能力的提升提供有益的参考。In order to implement the university students＇ innovation and entrepreneurship training program, promote the transformation of Higher Education, and cultivation of innovative talents. Corresponding methods were put forward to take patent as the carrier. The countermeasures of patent search, analysis and application for students were discussed. The guarantee mechanism of innovation activity was put forward, and measures to improve teachers＇ innovative quality. It provides reference for the improvement of students＇ innovation ability.
