摘 要:二战后,随着国内外社会形势的不断发展变化,日本政府对青少年应该具备什么样的学力提出了不同要求,国家层面的学力观也发生着转变,这种国家层面学力观的变化体现在各级各类教育文件之中。同时,作为考查青少年学力水平的大学入学考试也随之进行了改革,通过对历次教育改革和大学入学考试制度的改革进行分析即可看出两者之间的密切关系。对于这一关系的明晰有助于我们进一步认识日本的大学入学考试制度,思考其经验与教训。After World War II, with the constant change of domestic and international social situation, the Japanese government has raised various requirements on the kinds of Learning Ability that adolescents should have, and the Learning Ability Perspective of the country on academic attainments has also changed which is reflected in various kinds of ed- ucational documents at various levels. In the meantime, reform has been conducted with re- gard to the college entrance examination which is intended to check the Learning Ability of adolescents. Through analysis of various previous educational reforms and college entrance examination system reforms, there is a close correlation between them. A clear understand- ing of the relation will help us to further understand the Japanese college entrance examina- tion system and think about the experience and lessons to be learns.
