摘  要:目的探讨赠卵体外受精-胚胎移植患者的妊娠结局和疗效。方法选取该院2012年1月-2014年12月期间收治的202例赠卵体外受精-胚胎移植的患者共269个移植周期进行分析,供卵者均采用常规长方案促排卵方法促排卵,受卵者采用激素替代方法准备内膜或自然周期治疗,对受卵患者的妊娠结局进行统计分析。结果 102例患者共114个周期临床妊娠成功,周期妊娠率42.38%(114/269),临床累积妊娠率56.44%(114/202);非条件多因素逐步Logistic回归分析显示,戊酸雌二醇使用及ET胚胎个数均是影响妊娠成功的独立预测因子。结论卵子赠送技术是治疗卵巢功能减退、卵巢早衰、染色体异常等不孕患者的有效方法,激素替代周期可以获得更好的妊娠结局。Objective To explore the pregnancy outcomes and efficacy of in vitro fertilization and embryo transplantation( IVF-ET)with oocyte donation. Methods A total of 202 patients receiving IVF-ET with oocyte donation( 269 cycles) treated in the hospital from January 2012 to December 2014 were selected. All the donors were treated by conventional long protocol to promote ovulation,and ovum donations used hormone replacement therapy cycle or nature cycle for endometrium. The pregnancy outcomes were analyzed statistically. Results One hundred and two patients( 114 cycles) got clinical pregnancy successfully. The cycle pregnancy rate was 42. 38%( 114 /269),the clinical cumulative pregnancy rate was 56. 44%( 114 /202). Non-conditional multivariate stepwise logistic regression analysis showed that the use of estradiol valerate and the number of transplanted embryos were the independent predictors of success of pregnancy. Conclusion Oocyte donation is an effective therapy for treating infertile patients with hypoovarianism,premature ovarian failure,and chromosomal abnormalities. Hormone replacement therapy cycle can make better pregnancy outcomes.
