摘 要:恶性肿瘤是造成人类死亡的主要原因之一,其早期诊断和早期治疗很关键。鉴于目前大多数抗癌药物无法区分肿瘤细胞和正常细胞,研究有效的肿瘤特异性药物输送系统很有必要。应用噬菌体展示技术,已经发现一类能够特异识别并结合到肿瘤细胞或肿瘤血管的多肽——肿瘤导向肽,它能够靶向在体肿瘤,特异性地传递抗癌药物、显像剂、无机纳米粒子、脂质体等到达肿瘤组织。肿瘤导向肽作为目前研究的热点,相比于抗体导向药物具有相对分子质量小、渗透性高、特异性高、成本低等诸多优点,已经在肿瘤靶向诊断和治疗方面显示出独特的优势。本文将对肿瘤导向肽的研究进展进行较为全面的综述。Malignant tumor is one of the main causes of human death, while its early diagnosis and early treatment are the key points. Given that most anti-cancer drugs currently couldn't distinguish cancer cells from normal cells, it is necessary to study on effective tumor specific drug delivery systems. With the application of phage display technology, we have found a way to specifically recognize and bind to tumor cells or tumor blood vessels, which called tumor homing peptides(THPs). THPs are capable of specifically targeting to tumors in vivo, and transferring anti-cancer drugs, imaging agent, inorganic nanoparticles and liposomes to tumor tissue. As a current research hotspot, THPs have many advantages such as lower molecular weight, higher permeability, higher specificity and lower cost over the antibody drugs, showing unique strength in targeted tumor diagnosis and treatment. This review will conduct a relatively comprehensive review on the research progress of tumor homing peptides.
