摘 要:抑郁症的病因学研究已久,但目前仍无法确切阐述其病理生理学机制。目前抑郁症相关的发病机制主要有炎症反应学说、单胺类神经递质及其受体学说、HPA轴功能失调等学说。近年来随着DNA甲基化的深入研究,发现DNA甲基化与抑郁症的发生、发展之间存在一定的相关性,一些相关基因的甲基化水平在抑郁症的发病中可能发挥着重要的作用,对抑郁症的诊治具有重要意义。本文就一些抑郁症相关基因DNA甲基化的研究进展进行了综述。The research on the etiology of depression already has a long time, but it is still unable to elaborate exact pathophysiology. At present the pathogenesis of depression are mainly including inflammation theory, monoamine neurotransmitters and their receptors doctrine, HPA axis dysfunction theory and other theories. In recent years, along with in-depth study of DNA methylation, the studies have found some correlation between the DNA methylation and the occurrence and development of depression. And the methylation of some related genes in the pathogenesis of depression may play an important role and have great significance for the diagnosis and treatment of depression. In this paper, we have reviewed the research progress on DNA methylation of depression-related genes.
