试论民族文化的三维特征及四维视角

摘　　要：在实现中华民族伟大复兴的现代化进程中,促进和发展各民族文化的传承与发展成为现代化进程中的重大课题。以民族文化的存在和变迁中的时间、空间和社会意识形式三维特征,从民族文化的三维特性统一的实践视角、现代国家文化和民族文化统一的历史视角、民族文化间的交往交流交融性的开放视角、文化变迁中层次性递进的发展视角等四维视角,探索现代化背景下民族文化变迁与发展的动因,能够为我们促进民族文化的传承和发展,推进民族团结示范区建设,促进各民族和睦相处、和衷共济、和谐发展提供理论依据。Promoting the inheritance and development of the ethnic cultures becomes one of the missions in the process of modernization for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. This study is based on two perspectives,that is,the 3- D features in the existence and changes of Chinese ethnic cultures,including temporal,spatial and socio- ideological aspects,and 4- D vision,including the practical perspective of the uniformity of 3- D features,the historical perspective of the uniformity of the modern national culture and ethnic cultures,the opening perspective of the communication among ethnic cultures,and the development perspective of the progression at different levels of cultural changes,and explores the causes of the changes and development of Chinese ethnic cultures against the background of modernization,which could provide a theoretical foundation for promoting the inheritance and development of Chinese ethnic cultures,quicken the construction of the demonstration areas for the national solidarity,and promote the national harmony in co- operative and balanced development.
