民族认同心理对行为倾向的影响研究——基于滇越边境越南难民的实证调查

摘　　要：对随机抽取云南省河口瑶族自治县岔河难民管理区391名越南难民所做的针对民族认同心理及行为倾向问卷调查和研究表明:越南难民的民族认同心理由本民族认同、中华民族认同和原属国认同三个层次构成,且受到职业、民族、受教育水平、汉语水平等因素的影响;越南难民的民族认同心理与社会冲突情境下的行为反应倾向之间存在着显著的相关,即本民族认同、中华民族认同及原属国认同均与行为倾向各维度之间呈极其显著的正相关或负相关。为此,地方政府有必要采取有效的措施消除越南难民的身份认同困惑,增强其适应地方文化的能力,促使越南难民顺利地融入地方社会,从而有效地减少其消极的个人行为或社会行为倾向。Adopting questionnaire surveys,this study draws 391 Vietnamese refugees randomly from the refugee center in Chahe County in Yunnan province of China. Through investigating the psychology of ethnic identity and adaptive behaviors of these Vietnamese refugees,the study finds that their ethnic identity is composed of their original ethnic identity,the Chinese national identity and their motherland identity,and influenced by occupation,ethnicity,education,Chinese proficiency and so on. Their psychology of ethnic identity is correlated with their adaptive behaviors under the influence of social conflicts,namely their original ethnic identity,the Chinese national identity and their motherland identity are positively or negatively related to different dimensions of their adaptive behaviors significantly. Thus,the local government should adopt effective measures to eliminate their identity confusion,strengthen their ability to adapt to the local culture,and promote their integration with the members of the local society so as to effectively reduce their negative individual behaviors or group behaviors.
