摘  要:目的:探讨在宫颈病变的不同阶段,人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)单独感染或多重感染的发生率,并探讨特定组合的HPV多重感染对宫颈癌发生风险的影响。方法:本研究共检测了102例女性宫颈标本,根据病变程度分为:低度鳞状上皮内病变/未见上皮病变或恶性病变组(LSIL/NILM组)与高度鳞状上皮内病变/浸润性宫颈癌组(ICC/HSIL组)。通过对样本进行PCR检测,鉴定HPV分型;然后进一步分析HPV多重感染的情况。通过计算ICC/HSIL或LSIL/NILM之间的优势比(OR),来检验特定HPV组合感染与宫颈癌病变之间的关系。结果:两组标本中,多重感染的发生率差异无显著性。与单一感染相比,HPV68和HPV16共同感染使患ICC/HSIL的风险增加。结论:高危型HPV病毒共同感染时,其ICC/HSIL发生的风险较单一高危型HPV病毒感染更高。Objective To determine the incidence rate of HPV infection or multi-infections at different stages of cervical lesions in the development of cervical cancer,and the impact of specific types of HPV multiinfections on the risk of cervical cancer.Methods 103 samples of cervical tissues were detected and then divided into ICC / HSIL group and LSIL / NILMF group according to the degree of pathological changes.HPV type was determined by PCR product sequencing.E6 nested multiplex PCR was performed to detect HPV multi-infections.Odds ratios were calculated to determinate the association between the sample category(LSIL / NILM or ICC /HSIL) and the specific types of HPV multi-infections.Results In HPV-positive samples,the rate of multi-infections had no significant differences between the two groups.Coinfection of HPV68 with HPV16 increased the risk of ICC / HSIL,as compared with HPV16 or HPV68 infection alone.Conclusions High-risk HPV coinfections has a higher risk to induce ICC / HSIL than does HPV infection alone.
