摘　　要：目的探讨老年病房开展分层次系统化药品知识培训实践效果。方法结合科室工作实际,将32名护士按职称分组实施分层次系统化培训。结果培训后护士理论考试成绩、医师满意度、患者满意度明显提高(P<0.05)。结论分层次系统化药品知识培训能够提高老年病房护士药学知识水平。Objective Discussion on the practical effect of the systematic drug knowledge training in geriatric ward. Methods Combined with the actual work of the department,32 nurses were classified into different levels according to their professional titles. Results After training,the scores of theory test,doctors＇ satisfaction and patients＇ satisfaction were significantly improved（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Stratified systematic drug knowledge training improved the level of pharmacy knowledge in nurses of geriatric ward.
