玻璃体切割术治疗视网膜脱离的术后针灸护理康复分析

摘　　要：目的探讨玻璃体切割术治疗视网膜脱离术后针灸护理康复的方法与效果。方法视网膜脱离患者72例随机抽签原则分为观察组与对照组各36例,全部患者均进行玻璃体切割手术,现察组与对照组术后的康复护理手段分别采取针灸治疗与常规护理方式,持续周期为1个月。结果观察组的术后1个月的视力明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后1个月观察组的焦虑与抑郁评分明显少于对照组,观察组的图像视觉诱发电位(P-VEP)潜时和幅值明显低于对照组,差异对比都有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1个月进行调查,观察组的自理能力、心理素质、社交水平、行动能力等各方面的得分都要比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论玻璃体切割治疗视网膜脱离术后,针灸护理康复的应用有利于改善视力,缓解焦虑抑郁症状,从而提高患者的预后和生活质量。Objective To investigate the postoperative acupuncture care and rehabilitation ways and effect for retinal detachment by vitrectomy. Methods 72 patients with retinal detachment were randomly divided into the observation group（ 36 cases） and control group（ 36 cases）. All patients successfully completed vitrectomy surgery. The control group received conventional whole bed care,and the observation group received acupuncture treatment with actively rehabilitation. The continuous period were one month.Results After care,the visual acuity of the observation group were significantly higher than control group（ P〈0. 05）. The anxiety and depression score of the observation group were significantly less than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The P-VEP latencies and the PVEP amplitude were significantly lower than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After care for 1 month,the self-care,activity,social and psychological score of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Retinal detachment patients by vitrectomy also were low vision,postoperative acupuncture care and rehabilitation applications can help improve eyesight,relieve anxiety and depression,thus improve the prognosis of the patient＇s quality of life.
