摘 要:以网板式SBR反应器处理校园实际生活污水,考察了进水基质对好氧颗粒污泥培养过程的影响。通过试验对比实际生活污水与试验室人工合成生活污水对好氧颗粒污泥快速颗粒化的影响。结果表明:人工合成废水培养出的颗粒污泥处理效果与实际生活污水处理效果相当,进水基质不同并不会明显影响好氧颗粒污泥的形成及其稳定性,但是由于校园生活污水中有机物种类丰富,有机负荷较大,取用方便。从实际可行的角度出发,人工模拟合成废水成本较高,因此以校园生活污水为培养基培养好氧颗粒污泥并运行研究比人工模拟合成废水进行培养研究更有说服力和实际意义且可操作性更高。The influence of influent substrate to cultivation process of the aerobic granular sludge was investigated in treatment of real domestic wastewater of campus by using screen type SBR reactor.Through experimental comparison the influences of the real domestic wastewater and the synthetic domestic wastewater in lab to quick granulation of the aerobic granular sludge,the result showed that the treatment effect of the granular sludge cultivated from synthetic wastewater was equivalent to that of the real domestic wastewater,and the formation of the aerobic granular sludge and stability of the same should not be influenced obviously when different influent substrates are applied;however,the domestic wastewater of campus had great organic load and convenient access as a result of rich varieties of organic substances.The synthetic wastewater is featured with high cost from the practical and feasible point;therefore,the cultivation and research of aerobic granular sludge taking the domestic wastewater of campus as culture medium shall be more persuasive and have actual significance and higher operability than those of synthetic wastewater.
