摘　　要：前列腺癌是男性泌尿生殖系最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,日益成为人类男性健康的威胁。microRNA由于其特异性的转录后调节作用,在生命进化、发育以及肿瘤的发生、进展中都发挥着重要作用。研究表明,前列腺癌中异常表达的microRNA在前列腺癌的发生和发展中起到了重要作用。本文就microRNA在前列腺癌中的表达谱改变、与去势抵抗性前列腺癌的进展和化疗药耐药的关系以及临床应用等方面作一综述。Prostate cancer(PCa)is one of the most common malignant tumors in the male genitourinary system and it increasingly poses a threat to men's health.As a post-transcriptional regulator,microRNAs(miRNAs)play important roles in the evolution and development of life and the occurrence and progress of tumor.Researches have shown that the abnormal expression of miRNAs exerts an indispensable part in the initiation and progression of PCa.In this review we summarized the changes of the miRNAs expression profiling in PCa,the progression of castration resistant PCa,and chemotherapeutic drug resistance and its clinical application.
