摘  要:对蒙药诃子中总黄酮的提取方法进行对比研究,并优化最佳提取工艺条件。以诃子中总黄酮的含量为指标,比较浸渍提取法、回流提取法、超声辅助法和微波辅助法,通过正交试验优化微波辅助法的提取工艺。结果表明,微波辅助法优于浸渍提取法、回流提取法和超声辅助法;微波辅助法提取诃子中总黄酮的最佳提取条件如下:乙醇浓度70%,料液比1∶40,微波功率300 W,提取时间40 s,在该条件下,提取诃子总黄酮的含量为9.65%。本文为蒙药诃子总黄酮的提取提供了一种快速高效、节能环保的方法。Comparative study on methods of extracting total flavonoids from Terminalia Chebula Retz. in Mongolian medicine,and the extraction conditions were optimized. With the content of total flavonoids as index,the four extraction methods of soaking extrac-tion,refluxing extraction,ultrasonic-assisted extraction and microwave-assisted extraction were compared,and the microwave-assisted extraction was optimized by the orthogonal test. As a result,The microwave-assisted extraction showed the best extraction efficiency among the four methods,and its optimum extraction process was as follows:extraction solvent of 70%ethanol,solid-liquid ratio of 1:40,microwave power 300 W for 40 s,and maximum extraction rate was 9. 65%. The microwave-assisted extraction method is fast and efficient,energy-saving and environmental protection.
