摘　　要：目的通过建立五叶泡药材中没食子酸的含量测定方法,完善其质量标准。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:Kromasil C_(18)(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-0.1%磷酸(10∶90),检测波长:272 nm,流速:1.0m L·min-1。结果没食子酸在1.532~30.640μg·m L^(-1)范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为100.60%,RSD=1.45%(n=6)。结论所采用的方法可靠,操作简单,重复性好,能较好地控制五叶泡的质量。Objective ToimprovethequalityltandardofRubusrosaefoliusSmith.bydevelopingamethodforthede-terminationofgallicacid.Methods HPLCwaluledwithKromalilC18column(4.6mm×250mm,5μm).Themobile phale conlilted of methanol-0. 1% pholphoric acid( 10:90 )at a flow rate of 1. 0 mL · min-1 .
