摘　　要：目的 了解高等院校医学生的信息道德现状和原因.方法 基于江苏省医学生量表调查和访谈,分析高等院校医学生信息素养等概念认知、对信息道德失范现象态度等,并对专科生和本科生的调查结果作对照分析.结果 高等院校医学生对信息知识的掌握程度不够,本科生的信息知识掌握程度优于专科生.本科生对文献引用失范、传播未经证实网络消息认可度高于专科生（χ 2=22.965,P =0.000;χ 2=14.620,P=0.000）,专科生对代写论文、网络传播虚假恶意信息认可度高于本科生（χ 2=24.521,P =0.000;χ 2=41.156,P =0.000）,专科生更易于发生信息道德失范行为,应予以关注.结论 高等院校医学生的信息道德有待进一步提高.Objective To know the current situation of information ethics of medical students in universitiesand colleges and the reasons. Methods Based on scale surveys and interviews with medical students in JiangsuProvince, the information ethics, including concept cognition and the attitudes towards moral abnormality ofinformation ethics, of medical students in universities and colleges were analyzed. In addition, the survey resultsof junior college students and undergraduates were under contrast analysis. Results The mastery degree ofinformation knowledge of medical students in universities and colleges was not high enough. The masterydegree of information knowledge of undergraduates was higher than that of junior college students. Therecognition degree of non-standard citation and internet information without confirmation of undergraduates washigher than that of junior college students （χ 2=22.965, P=0.000; χ 2=14.620, P=0.000）. The recognitiondegree of false writing, spreading malicious and false information of junior college students was higher than thatof undergraduates （χ 2=24.521, P=0.000; χ 2=41.156, P=0.000）. Junior college students are more likely toconduct the behaviors against information ethics compared with undergraduates, which should be concernedabout. Conclusion The information ethics of medical students in universities and colleges need furtherimprovement.
