摘　　要：近年来四川民办高校已经从快速发展迈向平稳发展阶段,但真正走向成熟还需要经历一个艰辛的历程,还面临"财力日趋拮据的投入困难"与"内部管理体制的缺失与混乱"等诸多问题。只有从根本上解决"外部环境"和"内部条件"两个因素,才能助推四川民办高校平稳发展进入新常态。Private higher vocational institutes in Sichuan have stepped from rapid expansion into stable development. Nevertheless,they have to struggle to become mature,facing many problems,such as financial difficulties; absence and confusion in internal management system. The author holds that only if the problems of external environment and internal conditions have been solved thoroughly can they develop steadily into the new normal.
