摘 要:通过动态追踪调查和深入访谈,对C学院近几年学生网上评教的现状作了全面的把握和分析。了解到目前地方本科院校学生网上评教存在诸多问题,如学生对网上评教的重要性认同度下降,评教的主动性下降,评教的随意性增加,评教的促进作用下降等。地方本科院校应本着"以学生为本"的评教理念,制定科学的评教指标体系,开展多样的评教宣传活动,改革单一的评教实施方式,从而使这一机制真正起到提升学校教师教学水平和促进学生成长的作用。Through dynamic tracing investigation and in- depth interview,the present situation of the college students' online teaching evaluation in recent years is comprehensively analyzed. In the local college students' online teaching evaluation exist many problems at present,such as students' identification degree of the importance of online teaching evaluation decreasing,the initiative of teaching evaluation decreasing,the randomness of teaching evaluation increasing,the promoting effect of teaching evaluation decreasing. Local colleges should insist on the ideal of students oriented,formulate scientific evaluation index system,carry out diversified teaching evaluation campaign,and reform the single teaching evaluation mode,so that the students' online teaching evaluation mechanism can enhance the school teachers' teaching level and promote the growth of students.
