公共事业管理专业核心课程“三位一体”的教学模式及其实践

摘  要:以教学和学生为中心是大学的本质要求,课程体系建设与教学方法创新是决定人才培养质量的基础。公共事业管理专业核心课程(《公共管理学》《公共政策学》《公共事业管理》三门课)是公共事业管理专业课程体系的关键支撑,它既反映出专业的规律特征,又能展现一所大学的教学特色。构建以教学理念、方法、实践创新支撑"三位一体"的教学模式,即"混合式课堂内教学"、"课题式实践性教学"、"专题式研究型教学"这三种前后呼应、紧密相连、循环往复、动态发展的教学模式,对专业教学质量起着强有力的保障作用,集中体现了公共事业管理核心课程的系统性、前瞻性和实务性特点。Taking teaching and student as the center is the essence of university requirements,and the construction of curriculum system and the innovation of teaching mode are the basis for determining the quality of talent cultivation. Core curriculum of public affairs administration specialty( here referring to the "public management","public policy","public affairs management") are the key support of curriculum system of public affairs administration specialty,which can not only reflect law characteristics of the specialty,but also show characteristics of the university education. The construction of the"trinity"teaching mode is supported by teaching concepts,methods and practice innovation,namely"the mixed teaching style within classroom","subject practical teaching style"and "project- based research teaching style"and these three echoing around,closely linked,cyclic and dynamic developmental teaching modes plays a strong role in safeguarding the quality of specialty teaching,epitomizing the systematic,proactive and substantive characteristics of the core curriculum of public affairs administration specialty.
