摘 要:为中药饲料添加剂在刺参养殖中的应用提供参考,进行了3种复方中药饲料添加剂(A:黄精、灵芝和丹参各3g,益母草2g,山楂和甘草各1g;B:人参9g,黄芪、淫羊藿、杜仲、枸杞、金银花和马齿苋各6g,香菇10g,甘草3g;C:灵芝和玉竹各15g,板蓝根、蒲公英和八角茴香各10g,甘草5g)对刺参生长和免疫力的影响试验(试验期40d)。结果表明:复方中药饲料添加剂B、C均能显著提高刺参的生长性能,复方中药饲料添加剂B对于生长性能的促进和提升饵料效率的效果尤为明显,其特定生长率(1.04%/d)和增重率(14.88%)分别为空白对照组的8倍和18倍(P<0.05),饵料系数降低;复方中药饲料添加剂A、B和C均能显著提升刺参的免疫性能(P<0.05),以复方中药饲料添加剂B组的免疫指标较突出,超氧化歧化酶(SOD)、溶菌酶(LZM)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性分别为60.21U/mL、220.78U/mL和818.38U/mL。3种中药复方添加剂均对水质有一定的负面影响,水体中的氨氮、硝氮含量均高于空白对照组,但均明显低于刺参所能承受的最大氨氮值。To provide references for applying traditional Chinese medicine feed additives in culture of S.japonicus,three different kinds of Chinese traditional medicine(A:sealwort 3g,lucid ganoderma 3g,Salvia miltiorrhiza 3g,motherwort 2g,hawthorn 1g and liquorice 1g;B:ginseng 9g,Astragalus membranaceus 6g,herba epimedii 6g,Eucommia ulmoides 6g,medlar 6g,honeysuckle 6g,purslane6 g,mushroom 10 g,liquorice 3g;C:lucid ganoderma 15 g,radix polygonati officinalis 15 g,isatis root10 g,dandelion 10 g,illicium verum 10 g,liquorice 5g)were used as feed additive to find out the effects on S.japonicus growth and immunity(test period 40d).Results:B and C could significantly enhance the growth performance of S.japonicus.Especially B,the specific growth rate(1.04%/d)and weight gain rate(14.88%)of which were respectively eight times and 18 times that of the control(P〈0.05).The food coefficient decreased;A,B and C could all significantly enhance the immunity performance of S.japonicus(P〈0.05).B had the prominent performance,SOD,LZM and CAT of which were respectively 60.21U/mL,220.78U/mL and 818.38U/mL.All the three kinds of feed additives had negative effects on water quality,contents of ammonia nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen in the water were all higher than the control,while obviously lower than the maximum nitrate nitrogen value S.japonicus could endure.
