摘  要:如何在高校不断扩招及现今"厚基础、宽口径"的教育模式下培养生物科学类专业学术型、创新型优秀本科人才?本项目以大学生创新项目为平台,确立了本科创新人才培养的内涵和多元组织形式,以学生兴趣为切入点,以科学研究思路为导向,将创新实验模块与学术型人才培养模式有效融合,以激发学生创新热情,充分发挥学生个性化的"设计与学习"能力,从根本上扭转传统教学模式中仅以教师为主的教学过程,从而适应21世纪生命科学的飞速发展对学术型优秀人才的迫切需求,向社会输送具有原创研究开发能力的新型生物科学专业人才。How to develop the academic and excellent innovative undergraduates of biologic students in the background of college enrollment expansion and the education mode of thick foundation,broad caliber?The program based on the platform of National University Student Innovation Program blends innovation experiment module and academic talents training model with the students' interest pointcut and guidance for scientific thoughtfulness according to the connotation of undergraduate innovative talents training and multiplicative organization.It will cultivate students' abilities of innovation and give full play to the students' individualized abilities of design and learning,besides it will fundamentally reverse the traditional teaching model which regards teachers as corpus,so as to adapt to the urgent need of academic talents in the rapid development of life science in the 21 st century,and the new biological science professionals with the ability of the original research and development are delivered to the society.
