摘　　要：目的探究联合超声内镜（EUS）行内镜下切除治疗消化道类癌的临床效果。方法选取2013年1月~2015年10月我院收治的消化道类癌患者23例作为研究对象,联合EUS给予ESD手术以及手术。结果本次研究中,通过内镜,内镜医师可观察到消化道表面为灰白色以及淡黄色的半球状隆起;病灶EUS位于黏膜下层低回声病变;6~24个月随访,患者都未发生肿瘤转移。结论将超声内镜应用采该种癌症患者手术过程中,效果较好。Objective To explore the combined endoscopic ultrasonography（EUS） line of endoscopic resection in the treatment of gastrointestinal carcinoid. Methods From January 2013 to October 2015 of our hospital patients with gastrointestinal carcinoid 23 cases as the research object, combined EUS for ESD and surgery. Results In this study, through endoscopy, endoscopic physicians can be observed in the digestive tract for gray and pale yellow half spherical surface uplift; Lesions EUS is located in the submucosa low echo lesions, 6~24 months follow-up, patients with tumor metastasis did not occur. Conclusion Applying endoscopic ultrasonography adopt this kind of cancer patients during the surgery, the effect is better.
