前列腺癌调强放疗结合内分泌治疗的临床疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨前列腺癌调强放疗结合内分泌治疗的临床疗效。方法选取于2009年9月~2012年10月在我院接受治疗的前列腺癌患者共40例,随机分为观察组和对照组。给予对照组调强放疗治疗。在对照组的基础上,给予观察组内分泌治疗。观察治疗效果、3年生存率。结果观察组总缓解率为90.0%,3年生存率为85%,均高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论调强放疗联合内分泌治疗前列腺癌,能够提高治疗效果,且具有较高的安全性,提高远期生存率。Objective To study on effect of intensity modulated radiation therapy（IMRT） combined with endocrine therapy in prostate cancer. Methods From September 2009 to October 2012 in our hospital for treatment of prostate cancer patients, a total of 40 cases, were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given IMRT. On the basis of the control group, the observation group was given endocrine therapy. To observe the treatment effect, 3 year survival rate. Results Observation group overall response rate was 90.0%, 3 year survival rate was 85%, were higher than the control group, there are differences between the comparison between groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion IMRT with endocrine therapy for prostate cancer, can improve the treatment effect, and has high security, improve the long-term survival rate.
