摘　　要：目的对比分析两种不同治疗方式在急性闭角型青光眼中的治疗效果。方法选取2014年3月~2015年3月在我院接受治疗的急性闭角型青光眼患者40例（40眼）,将其随机分成治疗组与对照组,每组20例（20眼）,对照组（小梁切除术）,治疗组（白内障超声乳化与人工晶体植入术）,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果两组患者术后的眼压均优于术前,P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义;两组患者治疗后的眼压差异无统计学意义,P〉0.05。结论在急性闭角型青光眼的治疗中,白内障超声乳化与人工晶体植入术对提高视力、控制眼压、减少并发症具有良好效果。Objective To comparison and analysis of two different treatment in acute angle-closure glaucoma treatment effect. Methods 40 cases for treatment of acute angle-closure glaucoma patients were chosen（40 eyes） from March 2014 to March 2015 in our hospital, will be randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group of 20（20 eyes）, the control group（trabeculectomy）, the treatment group（cataract ultrasonic emulsification and oil implantation）, contrast the treatment effect of two groups of patients. Results Two groups of patients with postoperative intraocular pressure were better than preoperative, P〈0.05, there is statistical difference, two groups of patients after treatment of intraocular pressure no statistical difference, P〈0.05. Conclusion In the treatment of acute angle-closure glaucoma and cataract ultrasonic emulsification and oil implantation to improve vision, control of intraocular pressure, reduce the complications with good effect, should promote the use scope.
