评价注射用胸腺肽联合化疗治疗老年胃癌患者的近期疗效

摘　　要：目的对注射用胸腺肽联合化疗治疗老年胃癌患者的近期疗效进行分析和评价。方法选取我院2013年2月~2015年1月收治的86例老年胃癌患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组患者接受胸腺肽联合化疗的治疗,对照组患者仅接受化疗的治疗,对比各自的近期疗效。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为93.02%,高于对照组患者的72.09%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论注射用胸腺肽联合化疗治疗老年胃癌患者近期疗效显著。Objective To analyze and evaluate the curative effect of Injection with thymopolypeptides combined with chemotherapy on elderly patients with gastric cancer. Methods From February 2013 to January 2015, 86 cases of elderly patients with gastric cancer in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, patients in observation group received thymopolypeptides combined with chemotherapy, the patient about control group only received chemotherapy, to compare the curative effect of two groups. Results The total efficiency of the observation group was 93.02%, which was higher than that of the control group 72.09%, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Thymopolypeptides for Injection combined with chemotherapy has significantly recent efficacy for the treatment of elderly patients with gastric cancer.
