神经内科偏瘫患者综合性康复治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的评价神经内科偏瘫患者综合性康复治疗效果。方法 2014年1月~2015年6月,外科采用综合性康复治疗偏瘫患者81例纳入综合组,同期收治的卒中后偏瘫患者70例,纳入对照组。结果 3个月后,综合组与对照组FMA、ADL、MMSE评分高于治疗前,综合组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论神经内科偏瘫患者综合性康复治疗可提高康复效果。Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation on neurology hemiplegia patients. Methods From January 2014 to June 2015, 81 patients who received surgical comprehensive rehabilitationtreatment for hemiplegia were taken as comprehensive group, 70 patients of hemiplegia after stroke were taken as control group at the same time. Results After 3 months, patients＇ FMA, ADL, MMSE score in both groups were higher than before the treatment, comprehensive group was higher than control group, there were statistically significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation for neurology hemiplegia patients is very necessary, and can improve the effect of rehabilitation.
