摘　　要：目的研究老年科全程实施优质护理管理的效果。方法研究2015年1~11月纳入老年科的患者63例,采用数字法分组。施行常规护理管理30例,纳入对照组。施行全程优质护理管理33例,纳入实验组。组间进行护理效果的比较。结果两组中实验组护理缺陷率更低,满意度更高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论老年科全程实施优质护理管理,效果较好。Objective To study effect of full implementation of high quality nursing management in geriatric. Methods From January to November in 2015, 63 cases of geriatrics were included using digital packet method. Routine nursing management was conducted on 30 cases and taken as the control group. High quality nursing management was conducted on 33 cases and taken as the the experimental group. Compared the effect between groups. Results The experimental group nursing achieved lower defect rates, higher satisfaction, there were significant differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of quality care management in geriatrics has great effect.
