摘 要:目的探讨护士分层管理基础上的弹性排班模式在心外科护理工作中的应用效果。方法实施APN排班,在每个上班时段配备不同层级的护士,既避免单人单班,又保证护士层级上的高-低搭配。结果来自患者及医生方面的护理投诉减少;患者满意度提高;低年资护士工作紧张恐惧感降低。结论通过护士分层使用及弹性排班,实现了护理工作效率和效果最大化,对满足患者需求,保障患者安全及提高护理质量起到了积极的作用;同时对降低低年资护士工作压力取得了明显效果。Objective To investigate the application of flexible scheduling mode based on the hierarchical management of nurses in nursing work in cardiac surgery. Methods To implement APN scheduling, to equip with different levels of nurses in each period, both to avoid single class, and ensure the levels of nurses high-low match. Results The complaint of nursing frompatients and doctors was reduced, the degree of satisfaction about patient was increased, thelevel of tension and fear about low seniority nurses were reduced. Conclusion The use of the nurse hierarchical and flexible schedulingmaximized the efficiency and effectiveness of nursing work.It has played a positive role in meeting the needs of patients, ensuring the safety of patients and improving the quality of nursing.At the same time,the reduction of the work pressure of low seniority nurses achieved remarkable results.
