探讨中医院护士中医临床护理综合能力培养方法

摘　　要：目的探讨中医院护士中医临床护理综合能力的培养方法。方法选取60名新招聘、没有经过系统中医护理技能培训和护理知识培养的西医院校护理专业毕业的新护士,对其进行1年的综合培训,对护士培训前后的中医临床护理综合能力进行评估。结果与培训前相比,培训后护士的中医临床护理综合能力有所提高(P<0.05)。结论加强中医院护士的综合培训,能让护士的中医临床护理综合能力提升。Objective To explore the clinical nursing comprehensive ability training method for Nurses in traditional Chinese medicine hospital.Methods Selected 60 new recruitment,who were not through the system of traditional Chinese medicine nursing skills training,knowledge to cultivate the essentiality of new nurses,nursing professional graduation for 1 year,comprehensive training for nurses of TCM clinical nursing before and after the training to evaluate comprehensive ability.Results Compared with before training,training after the nurse＇s integrated TCM clinical nursing ability increased（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The strengthening of comprehensive hospital nurse training,can let the nurse of TCM clinical nursing comprehensive ability significantly increased.
