摘 要:对陇东黄牛、南本F1、安本F1胴体分割切块的测定表明,三个组合的高档牛肉、优质切块的产量和比例均以南本F1最高,陇东黄牛次之,安本F1最低。表明利用地方良种黄牛适应性好和肉品质量高的优势,导入生长发育快,肉品质量相近的大中型肉牛品种,更适合培育陇东肉牛新类群选育,继而为陇东肉牛新品种的选育奠定良好基础。The study was carried out to measure the carcass cutting performance of Longdong cattle (LD), F1 generation of South Devon× Longdong cattle (SL) and F1 generation of Red Angus × Longdong cattle (AL). The results indicated that the performance of top grade cutting and nice grade cutting were different among the three groups. The production of top grade beef was highest in group SL. Group LD come second and the third class was group AL. Therefore, the local cattle was suitable for selecting and breeding new varieties, which could play a better basis for breeding.
