高校体育场馆融入城市体育公共服务体系研究

摘　　要：随着全民健身运动开展和服务型政府的建设需要,高校体育场馆融入城市体育公共服务体系成为一个新的研究话题。文章运用文献资料法、专家访谈等方法,探究了高校体育场馆融入城市体育公共服务的依据,论证了高校体育场馆融入城市体育公共服务体系在理论方面、政策方面及实践方面的可行性,并指出高校体育场馆融入城市体育公共服务体系的必要性与困境。并以上海市杨浦区政府购买体育场馆服务为例进行分析,最后提出高校体育场馆融入体育公共服务体系的途径,对于提高高校体育公共服务有着重要的指导意义。With the wide development of the national fitness and needs of the modern service-oriented government. The college sports venues harmony with the sports public service has been a new research topic. This paper explores the theoretical foundation of college sports venues harmony with the sports public service,and demonstrates the theoretical,policy,and practical feasibility of college stadium and gymnasium harmony with the sports public service,and points out the necessity and dilemma. Take Shanghai Yangpu Region government government purchasing of public services in stadium and gymnasium as example,finally put forward the route for college sports venues harmony with the sports public service system. It has an important guidance purpose to improve the college sports public service.
