摘 要:采用离心铸造工艺制备了初生Si/Mg_2Si颗粒增强Al-Si-Mg复合材料汽缸套,研究了铝合金缸套-缸体的低压铸造成形工艺。以台架试验数据为依据,定量计算了铝缸套-缸体的导热性能。结果表明,通过控制铝合金缸套的预热温度,调整铝液充型压力并装填耐火棉能够解决低压铸造成形中的跑火问题,保证充型完整。相比铸铁缸套-缸体,铝合金缸套具有更佳的导热性能,其导热能力至少为铸铁缸套的2倍。The Al-Si-Mg composite cylinder liner reinforced with in situ primary Si/Mg2 Si particles was manufactured by centrifugal casting,and the forming process of die casting cylinder liner and body was analyzed.According to the experimental data of bench test,the heat conductivility of the cylinder linerbody was calculated quantitatively.It is shown that the "running aluminum alloy liquid" problem in low pressure casting integrated liner and body can be solved through controlling the preheating temperature of the liner and filling pressure as well as setting refractory cotton into the cavity,which can ensure the satisfied bonding between the liner and the body.The calculation results show that compared to the castiron cylinder liner-body,an aluminum cylinder liner-body has the better heat conductivility,and its thermal performance is two times at least than that of iron cylinder liners.
